LANCASTER, PA (SEPTEMBER 15, 2021) – McCollom D’Emilio Smith Uebler LLC partner Jennifer Smith spoke at the 2021 Fiduciary Education Foundation Continuing Education Seminar. Smith presented on various options for modifying existing trusts under Delaware and Pennsylvania law, including decanting, mergers, and nonjudicial settlement agreements.

The three-day seminar, with local and national speakers presenting on a variety of topics, offered Certified Trust and Financial Advisors and Certified Financial Planners the ability to earn Continuing Education Credits while also taking advantage of industry networking opportunities.
