Smith presented on various options for modifying existing trusts under Delaware and Pennsylvania law, including decanting, mergers, and nonjudicial settlement agreements.

The three-day seminar, with local and national speakers presenting on a variety of topics, offered Certified Trust and Financial Advisors and Certified Financial Planners the ability to earn Continuing Education Credits while also taking advantage of industry networking opportunities.
