Wilmington, DE – October 22, 2019 – McCollom D’Emilio Smith Uebler LLC Managing Member, Matthew P. D’Emilio participated in a discussion focused on modifying trusts inside and outside of Delaware. He conducted this session alongside Director Kimberly Gill McKinnon, of Gordon, Fournaris & Mammarella, P.A.

During their session, titled “Best Practices and Pitfalls of Trust Modifications,” D’Emilio and McKinnon discussed the best practices, common mistakes, and traps for the unwary when modifying trusts. Last year, D’Emilio participated in a panel discussion on lessons learned from Delaware and national trust cases.

The fourteenth annual Delaware Trust Conference highlighted all the unique advantages of the First State’s trust environment. Attendees participated in sessions featuring some of the nation’s top trust, legal and wealth management experts. The session leaders spoke about the latest information on using Delaware trusts to the maximum benefits for themselves and their clients.
