He participated in a discussion on best practices and regulatory requirements for onboarding, review and administration of trusts with special assets. During the session, titled “Best Practices Administering Trusts with Special Assets,” D’Emilio, Doyle and Papageorgiou discussed the substantial investment flexibility that Delaware law offers. Specifically, directed trusts can be established, allowing corporate trustees to feel comfortable holding special assets.
