McCollom D’Emilio Smith Uebler Strengthens Trusts and Litigation Talent with New Attorney Hire
WILMINGTON, DE (May 3, 2021) – McCollom D’Emilio Smith Uebler LLC (MDSU), a Wilmington-based law firm specializing in trusts, estates, and tax; business transactions; and litigation, announced that Allison Neff has joined the firm as an Associate. In this role, Neff will be working on trust and estate matters, as well as fiduciary and corporate litigation matters.

Previously, Neff served as a judicial law clerk for Master Selena E. Molina of the Delaware Court of Chancery. Neff received her J.D. from Widener University Delaware Law School in 2020, where she was the editor-in-chief of The Delaware Journal of Corporate Law, Vol. 45. She received her Paralegal Certificate from the Capital University Law School in 2010 and her B.A. from The Ohio State University in 2008.
