 WILMINGTON, DE (March 30, 2021) – McCollom D’Emilio Smith Uebler LLC partner Jennifer Smith spoke at Fordham University School of Law virtually on March 30,2021. Smith presented as a guest lecturer about the advantages and unique opportunities of Delaware trusts.

Smith provided insights and advice based on Delaware statutory and case law and her experience as a Delaware practitioner.  Fordham University Law students engaged with Smith during her lecture via Zoom.
