Tara’s practice centers on estate and tax planning, estate and trust administration, probate avoidance, and asset alignment in Delaware and Pennsylvania. Tara counsels both individual and corporate trustees in all matters related to trusts and estates, including trust modifications, terminations, mergers, decantings, nonjudicial settlement agreements, and trust situs changes.

During law school, Tara was a notes editor for the George Mason Law Review, completed a judicial internship with the Arlington County Circuit Court, and clerked for several law firms.  In her third year of law school, Tara received third place in the Theodore Tannenwald, Jr. Foundation for Excellence in Tax Scholarship Writing Competition.

Following law school, Tara clerked for the Honorable Abigail M. LeGrow of the Delaware Superior Court, Complex Commercial Litigation Division, before becoming an associate attorney.
