Riley practices in the areas of estate and trust administration and planning, wealth transfer and preservation, asset alignment, and business and tax law. Riley counsels and advises individual and corporate trustees in a range of trust and estate matters, including trust terminations, modifications, decantings, mergers, and nonjudicial settlement agreements.
During law school, Riley was a staff editor for Widener Law Review, volunteered for Wills for Heroes, and was awarded Certificates of Achievement in Advanced Contracts and International Bankruptcy.
Following law school, Riley worked as an associate attorney for a regional defense firm, representing and defending clients in a variety of matters in Delaware and Federal courts.
