Kathleen’s practice centers on corporate and fiduciary litigation in Delaware and Pennsylvania. Kathleen counsels both individual and corporate trustees in all corporate, business and trust litigation matters.
During law school, Kathleen was the associate editor of The Richmond Journal of Law and Public Interest and served as a member on the Moot Court and Career Services Boards.
Following law school, Kathleen served as a Commercial Litigation Associate at Morris James LLP, Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC, and Reed Smith LLP. She began her career as a law clerk for the Honorable Joseph R. Slights, III of the Superior Court of Delaware.
