Terisa practices corporate and fiduciary litigation in the Delaware Courts.
During law school, Terisa was a staff editor for the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law and a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, where she was a semi-finalist in the 2021 Distinguished Jurist Moot Court Competition. In addition, Terisa was the overall winner of the 2021 Alternative Dispute Resolution Spring Negotiation Competition. Terisa was awarded a Certificate of Achievement in Professional Responsibility and both The Bruce M. & Elizabeth M. Monroe Intellectual Property Scholarship and the Bernard S. Wildstein Memorial Scholarship. During her final year of law school, Terisa served as a Wolcott Fellow to the Honorable Gary F. Traynor of the Delaware Supreme Court.
