Kelly is a Delaware-based law professional focused on estate planning, trust and estate administration, and wealth preservation, with an emphasis on Delaware trust law and fiduciary matters.

Kelly earned her J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and her M.B.A. from the Villanova University School of Business, bringing a strong blend of legal and business acumen to her practice. Her work involves advising on the administration and modification of Delaware trusts, including matters related to trust structuring, fiduciary responsibilities, and best practices for trust administration.

She has experience supporting both individual and corporate fiduciaries on ongoing trust administration and transactional trust matters, including reviewing governing instruments, assisting with trust modifications, and analyzing fiduciary obligations under Delaware law. Kelly regularly works on issues involving trust situs, administrative changes, and compliance considerations, and assists in evaluating potential tax and risk implications associated with trust administration decisions.

Kelly previously served as a Judicial Extern for the Delaware Superior Court and as an Extern for the Delaware Department of Justice, where she assisted with litigation research, drafting opinions, and trial preparation. These experiences inform her practical, detail-oriented approach to advising clients and fiduciaries.

Fluent in English and Greek, Kelly is dedicated to providing thoughtful, well-rounded legal support. Outside of work, she enjoys listening to true crime podcasts, collecting vinyl records, and attending concerts with her dad.
