Garrett is a Delaware-based attorney with a focus on estate and tax planning, estate and trust administration, probate avoidance, and asset alignment. His clientele includes both individual and corporate trustees, for whom he provides comprehensive legal counsel related to trusts and estates. His practice encompasses trust modifications, terminations, mergers, decantings, nonjudicial settlement agreements, and trust situs changes.

Garrett received his undergraduate degree at the University of Delaware. He later honed his legal expertise at the University of Georgia School of Law, graduating in 2021. Admitted to practice law in Delaware, Garrett brings a thorough understanding of the local legal landscape to every case he handles.
