Brian V. DeMott focuses his practice in corporate and complex commercial litigation.

While in law school, Brian externed for the Honorable Mary Pat Thynge of the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. After graduating with honors from the Delaware Law School, Brian served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable T. Henley Graves of the Superior Court of the State of Delaware.  He has a breadth of experience litigating a variety of different and complex cases due to his previous practice in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware, and each of the Delaware state courts.

Brian has engaged in numerous philanthropic efforts.  In 2018, he ran for Man of the Year for the Delaware Chapter of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.  He is a board member of the Rodney Street Tennis and Tutoring Association, a member of the Delaware Advisory Committee to the United States Commission on Civil Rights, and a Leadership Delaware, Inc. fellow.  Brian is also a member of the Delaware State Bar Association and the Richard S. Rodney American Inn of Court.
