Allison’s practice focuses on corporate, commercial and fiduciary litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Complex Commercial Litigation Division of the Superior Court. Allison counsels both individual and corporate trustees in all corporate, business and trust litigation matters.

During law school, Allison served as the Editor-in-Chief of The Delaware Journal of Corporate Law and served as Co-Vice President of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society, where she placed first in the 2018 ADR Competition. Additionally, she served as a member of the Transactional Law Honor Society, earning first place in the 2019 Transactional Law Competition. Thereafter, she was selected to compete in the 2019 National ABA Negotiation Competition. Allison was awarded a Certificate of Achievement in Advanced Corporations. Allison served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Meghan A. Adams of the Superior Court of Delaware.

She began her career as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Selena E. Molina of the Court of Chancery of Delaware.
