Adam is a Delaware trial lawyer who focuses his practice on corporate, fiduciary, and complex commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Delaware Superior Court’s Complex Commercial Litigation Division.
Adam represents both entities and individual clients in actions involving breach of contract and fraud claims arising out of asset purchase agreements, stock purchase agreements, and other agreements, breach of fiduciary duty, corporate control, inspection of books and records, limited liability company agreements, non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, post-closing earnout disputes, and indemnification and escrow disputes. Adam also has experience advising special committees to perform investigations.
Adam also represents individual and corporate trustees, as well as trust beneficiaries, in disputes involving trust administration, breach of trust, and breach of fiduciary duty.
In law school, Adam served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Mary Pat Thynge, then-Chief Magistrate Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Delaware and an Articles Editor for the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law.
Before entering private practice, Adam served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Jan R. Jurden, then-President Judge of the Superior Court of Delaware, Complex Commercial Litigation Division.

Adam focuses his practice on corporate and complex commercial litigation in the Delaware courts.
In law school, Adam was an Articles Editor for the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law, for which he was awarded the Russell R. Levin Memorial Award. Adam also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Mary Pat Thynge, Chief Magistrate Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. In addition, Adam completed the Business Organizations Law Certificate Program, and was awarded the Certificate of Achievement in Business Principles.
Prior to entering private practice, Adam served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Jan R. Jurden, President Judge of the Superior Court of Delaware, Complex Commercial Litigation Division.
Adam was named a 2022 Delaware Super Lawyers Rising Star in Business Litigation.
